1. General Provisions
The website kartaudruzenja.com (hereinafter: the platform) is operated by the Association for the Development of Culture and Sport (Udruženje za razvoj kulture i sporta), Petra Preradovića 12, 78000 Banja Luka.
By using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The platform is a public registry of cultural and sports organizations in Republika Srpska. Its purpose is to present, in one place, information about associations, clubs, and institutions, so that interested parties can find and contact them more easily.
The platform is informational in nature. It does not mediate communication between users and organizations, does not provide services on their behalf, and is not their representative.
3. Accuracy of Information
Information about organizations has been collected from publicly available sources or provided by the organizations themselves. We strive to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee its completeness or correctness at all times.
Organizations are founded, closed, relocated, and change their contact details, and we do not always learn of this immediately. Before relying on any information from the platform, we recommend verifying it directly with the organization.
We are not liable for damage arising from the use of inaccurate or outdated information.
4. Reporting Changes and Data Removal
If you are a representative of an organization listed on the platform and would like the information corrected, supplemented, or removed, contact us at urksug@gmail.com. We will act on the request within a reasonable time.
The same applies if you are an individual whose contact details are listed as the contact person of an organization.
5. Content and Copyright
The texts, design, logo, and structure of the platform are the property of the Association for the Development of Culture and Sport, unless stated otherwise.
You may freely use the information from the platform for personal, educational, research, and non-commercial purposes. Systematic downloading of the database as a whole, commercial use, or republication on another platform requires our consent.
The logos, names, and photographs of organizations are the property of those organizations and are displayed for identification purposes.
6. Links to Other Websites
The platform contains links to the websites and social media of organizations. That content is not under our control and we are not responsible for it.
7. Availability of the Platform
We strive to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform without prior notice.
8. Prohibited Use
When using the platform, the following is not permitted:
- automated downloading of content (scraping) without our consent
- using contact details to send unsolicited messages or advertising
- attempting unauthorized access to the system or disrupting its operation
- using the platform in a way that violates the law or the rights of third parties
9. Contact Form
Messages sent through the contact form are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee a reply to every message.
10. Data Protection
The way we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is stated at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of them.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Banja Luka.
